Like a Radiator, but for a Laptop . . .
Everybody knows that a radiator is required to keep an automobile running at the correct temperature. Take the radiator away from an automobile and the engine will quickly self-destruct.  Computers are like automobiles in the fact that they generate tons of excess heat and they too will self-destruct if they do not have adequate cooling capability. Now we have a special cooling platform called the "QuadCooler" that works like a "mini radiator" for your laptop computer! They call it the "Quad Cooler" or "Quad Laptop Cooler", but I call it relief from the heat!

Computers Run Better Cool . . .

How it works . . .
The QuadCooler is a rectangular platform (10.5"x12.8") made of sturdy ABS plastic that is designed to sit underneath your laptop and provide an "air gap" between the laptop and the QuadCooler. This air gap allows air to circulate (warm air out, cool air in) beneath the laptop and thus enabling the hot laptop components to cool down. In addition, the QuadCooler also has 4 built-in fans that draw warm air down into the laptop cooler and out the sides (air exhaust ports) and into the surrounding atmosphere. Another side benefit is that plastic is an insulator, which means the QuadCooler actually acts like a barrier or "heat shield" between the laptop and your lap.

That's right folks! NO BATTERIES HERE. The QuadCooler is powered by a special little cable that plugs into any available USB port on your laptop computer. That means you don't have to buy or replace batteries. It also means you don't have to carry around a bulky AC adapter. No, all you have to carry is a skinny little cable that could fit easily in your shirt/pants pocket.

Is the QuadCooler right for me?
Well, that depends. If your laptop never gets hot, then you don't need a QuadCooler, but my experience tells me there's never been a laptop that doesn't get hot and it's only getting worse as manufacturers cram bigger and more powerful processors under the hood (so to speak). The second question would be, "Does my laptop fit on the QuadCooler?". The best bet is to measure the distance between the rubber feet on the bottom of your laptop computer and see if they will fit within the dimensions of the QuadCooler, which are: 12.8" x 10.5"

The QuadCooler fits most laptop computers with a 15" screen or smaller (screens are measured diagonally).  Laptops with the big 17" screen will probably be too big for the QuadCooler. If you need a bigger laptop cooler, then take a look at the new "BIG BRIAN" laptop cooler.
